  • On display in the Treasury Room are some remarkable works from the Carolingian period to modern times: a 9th century evangeliary plaque of carved ivory, an 11th century Hispano-Moorish pyxis, the pontifical illuminated manuscript commissioned by Archbishop Pierre de la Jugie, the fascinating tapestry depicting the Creation (Flanders, circa 1500), and other liturgical items that are evidence of the magnificence of the archbishops of Narbonne.
